Connecting to yourself again

Most of the people like the fast pace and excitement of our modern life. Traveling, expatriation, parenting and successful careers are often a part of it. However we often do not take the time we need to take care of ourselves. There comes sometimes stress or confusion from different aspects of our environment.

 

At times when you are feeling low energy, overwhelmed or not as happy as you used to be counselling or psychotherapy can be the support required to restore your own strength, to find equilibrium and be able to connect with yourself and others around you again.

 

My work is oriented by Cognitive and Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotions Focused Therapy and Schema Therapy. Cognitive and behavioral therapy is a goal oriented approach which focuses mainly in the present situation. The sessions I offer are conversational, pragmatic and focused primarily on the here-and-now. We will work together on setting therapeutic goals and collaborating on methods to attain them.
